Mother's Day: Flow & Brunch ft. Angie's Vietnamese Cuisine
A slower, more intentional way to celebrate Mother’s Day.
Join us for a relaxed, thoughtfully prepared Mother’s Day brunch featuring a mix of plated courses and shared elements designed for the table.
This is a gluten-free menu with vegan options available for every course.
Guests will be welcomed with a traditional Vietnamese egg soda (soda sữa hột gà).
Alternative options available: artichoke tea (trà atiso) or limeade soda.
An iced Vietnamese coffee bar will be available, with non-dairy milk options.

First Course
Cháo (Vietnamese rice porridge) with caramelized pork belly, marinated jammy egg, and pickled onions
Vegan: caramelized pulled jackfruit
Second Course
Eggs Benedict with poached eggs over taro croquettes, chicken pear sausage, and wasabi hollandaise, served with sesame ginger slaw
Vegan: grilled silken tofu, roasted shiitake mushrooms, and vegan hollandaise
Third Course (Vegan)
Mochi pandan waffles with mango, ube coconut condensed milk, and toasted coconut
Fourth Course (Vegan)
Lychee & dragon fruit sago with tapioca pearls, coconut cream, and coconut condensed milk
