Mother's Day Fitness Fun at PowerPlay SF

Hey Moms! Celebrate Mother’s Day a whole week early with fitness festivities happening at PowerPlay SF. We're hosting 4 different fitness classes for every mom--whether you're prenatal, mom of a newborn or baby, or chasing around a toddler. Choose from one of our 4 class options and bring your little one with you can bond, move your body, and celebrate your current chapter of motherhood.

9 am - Baby & Me Pilates at PowerPlay SF Studio

Pilates is a gentle yet effective way to rejuvenate your mind and body as a new mom. Our certified prenatal instructor will incorporate pilates movements that strengthen your core and improve your flexibility while encouraging bonding between you and your little one. Recommended for any non-crawling baby.

10 am - Toddler & Me Bootcamp at Mission Bay Field

Get ready to embark on a fitness adventure with your little one at our Toddler & Me Bootcamp! Join us at the Mission Bay Field for a high-energy outdoor bootcamp that combines HIIT, playful activities, and quality time for you and your toddler. Recommended for crawlers and walkers.

10 am - Baby Wearing Dance Fitness at PowerPlay SF Studio

Experience the joy of dance and the closeness of bonding with your baby in our baby-wearing dance fitness class! Let the music guide your movements as your groove with your baby safely secured in a carrier or wrap on your chest. This class is recommended for newborns - 12 month olds who are comfortable in a carrier.

11:15 am - Prenatal Yoga Flow at PowerPlay SF Studio

Soon-to-be moms can nurture their minds, bodies and souls with this gentle yoga class. Explore a series of safe and modified yoga poses that help alleviate pregnancy discomforts, improve circulation, and promote flexibility and balance.

Please note: The 10 am Toddler & Me Bootcamp will take place at the Mission Bay Field - 701 Mission Bay Boulevard North, San Francisco, CA 94158. All other classes will take place at the PowerPlay SF Studio - 1235 4th St, San Francisco, CA 94158.
