Mother's Day Community Sound Bath

After a quiet winter of rest and stepping away, I’m gently returning—grounded, renewed, and so excited to reconnect with this beautiful community 🤍

In honor of Mother’s Day, I’m offering a free community sound bath for moms.

This will be a soft space to land…

A moment to exhale…

A chance to be held, rather than holding everything else.

Motherhood asks so much of us. And while we give endlessly, it’s easy to forget that we deserve care, too. When we take time to rest and restore, we return to our families more present, more nourished, and more ourselves.

✨ This gathering is for you if you’re craving stillness, connection, and a gentle reset.

✨This space welcomes all expressions of motherhood — expecting mothers, new moms, seasoned moms, grieving mothers, and those who mother in ways beyond biology.

Come as you are. No expectations—just space to receive.

Event Details:

-Sunday, May 3rd

-45-minute guided Sound Bath session

-Held in a cozy indoor studio space located in 2805 Fruitville Rd. SUITE 250, Sarasota, FL 34237.

Because this is a small, intimate offering, I’m opening two POSSIBLE session times depending on RSVP interest:

• 11:30 AM session

• 2:30 PM session

Once registration fills, I’ll confirm whether one or both sessions will take place. In the RSVP page you will be asked which time slot you'd prefer. Please be sure to add High Love Collective to your contacts so you can receive email updates & time confirmation!

Please bring:

• yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on (yoga mats will be provided but feel free to bring your own)

• blanket + pillow

• water

• anything that helps you feel supported and relaxed

This is a complimentary offering for moms as a small thank-you for all that you give every day 💐
