Leave the cooking and cleaning to us this Mother's Day and treat mom to a delicious brunch at Springhouse Cafe! The menu will feature a cold bar with options such as a tossed Greek salad, Texas charcuterie, cave-aged cheeses, and a selection of seasonal and tropical fruits. The meal will also feature a carving station with a smoked and roasted prime rib and a rosemary and garlic-crusted rack of lamb. Additional selections include a spring vegetable crustless quiche, blueberry mascarpone French toast, New Orlean-style gumbo, and a variety of house-made pastries and desserts.
The holiday brunch is $80 for adults, $32 for children, and guests five years and younger dine free.
