Join us for a beautiful day of connection, creativity, movement and joy amongst the stunning natural surrounds of Riverdell Spiritual Centre.
This special retreat has been created to nurture meaningful connection between girls and the important women in their lives — whether that be mums, grandmothers, aunties, mentors, carers or family friends. Together, we will slow down, reconnect, create, laugh, move and celebrate ourselves within a warm and supportive environment.
🌿 Our intention for the day is to cultivate:
• Connection to self and each other
• Confidence and self-expression
• Joy, playfulness and creativity
• Reflection, belonging and lasting memories
The day begins with a warm welcome circle, followed by an uplifting mindful movement session designed for all abilities and fitness levels. Set to fun, energising music, this isn't about intense exercise, but rather celebrating movement, connection and appreciation for the incredible ways our bodies support us.
Together, we'll then enjoy a delicious grazing platter and sushi-making experience for lunch before moving into a creative mosaic workshop, offering space for self-discovery, reflection and meaningful connection through creativity.
Throughout the day, you'll also enjoy a mini professional photoshoot with your mum, daughter, or another special woman in your life. Your booking includes three professionally edited digital photographs, providing beautiful keepsakes to treasure long after the day has ended.
We'll close the retreat gathered around the bonfire, sharing reflections, toasting marshmallows and celebrating the connections we've created together.
