Mothers & Babies FRC Support Group (6-Weeks)

Motherhood isn’t meant to be done alone. Our Mothers & Babies support group welcomes expectant moms, adoptive mamas, and postpartum moms with little ones (roughly 0–4 years old). Together, we’ll share, connect, and support one another through every stage of the postpartum journey.

What We’ll Focus On:
🌸Finding joy through meaningful and enjoyable activities
🌸Creating healthier, more positive thought patterns
🌸Building strong, supportive connections with other mamas

Class Details:
6-week series - Fridays, 9:30 AM –11:00 AM
January 16th - February 20th
Each week builds on the last, so joining us for the full series helps you get the most out of the experience!

Little Ones Welcome:
While we don’t provide formal childcare, our space is family-friendly with fun and engaging elements for your littles to enjoy while you connect.
