Mothering Ourselves with Reina Prado

Mothering Ourselves helps participants to nurture their wants and needs by tending to their inner child. Through guided meditations, reflection prompts, and creating a sacred space, participants can process and gain greater compassion for the root of their mother/mother’s wound(s). The two-hour workshop concludes with vibrational healing to integrate new insights and allow the energetic rivers within to flow more vibrantly.
Reina Prado sources from ancestral techniques to facilitate an integration with our inner child(ren). Aspects of the workshop will include exercises in Family Constellations and guided experiences that feel like Soul Retrieval. A collective vibrational healing is offered to help support your journey beyond the workshop.

To prepare for this workshop, please dress comfortably and bring...

• a notebook/journal and pen
• water to stay hydrated (water helps ground the body when energy work is received)
• an amulet or talisman to program as a reminder of Childlike wonder and joy
• if available a photograph of yourself

This workshop is for any who are ready to be in a more loving relationship with their inner child. Strong emotions will arise during the workshop and if you are not comfortable being vulnerable in a public space then its best to see Reina privately for a 1:1 session.
