Mothering Ourselves: A Self-Love Circle for Mothers of Young Children

Folks in the mothering role are invited to join us for 6 weeks of nurturing weekly gatherings designed to help you reconnect with yourself, recharge your spirit, and foster deeper self-love at the Integrative Touch Healing Center. This event will take place on 04/04, 04/11, 04/25, 05/02, 05/09, 05/16 from 9:30am-11:30am.

What to Expect:

• A new Self-Love Topic & Activity each week
• Group Discussions to share and connect
• Journaling to reflect and grow
• Healing Activities to nourish your soul - including yoga, meditation, relaxation & wellness skills
• Circle Ceremonies to honor your journey
