Motherhood, The Performance

Carolyn Meyer is an author, screenwriter, and performer who greets life with humour and grace. She is visiting and Alaska and performing a one-woman minimalistic performance at The Writer's Block. Meyer is also one of the beloved Storytellers for The Moth and has been touring with them all over the world since 2021. Some people may remember her from her last Moth performance in Anchorage in 2023. We are excited to have her back for this limited seating performance!

This is an intimate performance with limited seating. Please arrive 15-30 minutes before 7pm and be ready to show your tickets at the door. If the parking lot is full, park either in the alley behind The Writer's Block or park at the NEA building (4100 Spenard Rd) after 5:00pm.

The kitchen and cafe are open for your dining pleasure and drinks are available!
