A Circle for Mothers to Gather, Be Held, and Remember
Is there a quiet knowing in you that motherhood is more than simply keeping up?
Mothers were never meant to walk this path alone.
You are invited into a circle of like-minded mamas where ancestral mother wisdom meets modern science, gentle movement, honest conversations and heartfelt community.
This is a space to talk about the things that actually come up—sleep, feeding, baby’s development, your changing body, relationships, work, emotional ups and downs, and how to care for yourself in the middle of it all.
