The Spring Equinox is Mother Nature's true New Year— a moment of balance between light and dark, a time to reflect, release, and plant new seeds. As the earth awakens, we, too, can align with the energy of renewal and growth.

This breathwork is for you if you:

• Long for connection after the isolation of recent years
• Want a safe space to process emotions and find relief
• Feel unsettled by systems of oppression and seek refuge in a radically inclusive environment
• Crave community rooted in our shared humanity

What to expect:

• A judgment-free space where confidentiality, consent, and autonomy are respected
• A guided breathwork practice designed to release emotional debris, calm the nervous system, and connect you to your heart
• Intention setting, active breathing guided by music and voice, optional intuitive bodywork (with consent), and a safe space for reflection and sharing
• Vegan and gluten-free homemade snacks served after the session to nourish and ground you
• My small dog, Milo, will be present during the session. He is a seasoned breather and brings a calming presence to the space

Every workshop is a unique, co-created experience based on the group’s intentions.

Breathwork can positively support:

• Anxiety, depression, and stress
• Energy levels and creativity
• Pain management and trauma release
• Nervous system regulation and emotional balance

Suggested Donation Tiers:

BASE ($0-15): For those struggling to meet basic needs
MORE ($30-50): For those meeting basic needs but with some expendable income
MOST ($60+): For those able to sponsor others and nurture an inclusive, accessible space

About the Facilitator:

I’m Briana Pharos, a multi-certified somatic guide, breathwork facilitator/trainer, and holistic hairdresser with 13 years of professional experience. My own journey—moving through burnout in the beauty industry and embracing somatic healing—has shaped the work I offer today.

Since 2020, I’ve been guiding people through trauma-informed breathwork, blending emotional release, nervous system regulation, and reconnection to inner wisdom. Rooted in a philosophy of nature-based animism, I view the earth, our bodies, and our ancestors as vital sources of wisdom and healing.
