Together we Bloom. Mother (Like a Mother) + ME yoga class. Calling all mothers and those who are like Mothers to us for our annual Grownup + Me Mother's Day class. Expect one hour of connection. Connection to each other, to yourself and to the magnificent world around us as we celebrate and connect with our Mother’s and those who are like a mother to us. Our classes combine age-appropriate yoga asanas (poses), mindful movement, partner/teamwork and fun.
No experience is ever necessary as we believe you already have everything you need to join us!
When: Saturday, May 11, 2024
Cost: $35.00 per Grownup + Child. $10.00 per additional child.
Time: 9:00am - 10:00am
