Core Services include: Cryotherapy, Compression Therapy, Infrared Sauna*, Salt Room*, Cryo Facials - typically a $110 per person value). *Salt + Sauna available in 30 min time slots for a maximum of three people per session. Ice Facials available in 15 min time slots throughout the 5-7pm event. Must book in advance.

We will also have a pop-up with local Charlotte Latin student, Stellyn Lee of Stellar Jewels with the perfect last-minute Mother's Day gifting!
