Welcome to the Mother Daughter Experience!

Ruach Lab is excited to announce our 5th annual Mother Daughter Experience! Hosted by Dr. Candace Robertson-James, the Reflections of Me Mother Daughter experience is a unique opportunity to engage girls, their mothers or other supportive adults in interactive sessions, activities and facilitated discussions.

This experience aims to:

(1) Empower mothers to equip their daughters with the skills, to develop a healthy self-concept that fully embraces their God given purpose;

(2) Enable mothers to identify insecurities, negative self-talk and destructive beliefs and messages they hold and may have unknowingly transferred to their daughters;

(3) Engage girls in self-reflection activities that will reveal areas of strength and opportunities for growth and support; and

(4) Enhance and strengthen relationships and connections between daughters and their mothers.

Come join us for a special day at The Inn at Villanova University (Montrose Mansion Entrance) where mothers and daughters can bond, relax, and create lasting memories together. This in-person event offers a variety of activities and workshops designed to strengthen your relationship and have fun.

4. Mother Daughter Portraits
5. Mother daughter scavenger hunt

From mother daughter sessions to crafting sessions, there's something for every duo to enjoy. Don't miss out on this opportunity to connect with your mom or daughter in a meaningful way. Mark your calendars and get ready for a day full of love and laughter!

The experience will include individual sessions for both moms and girls on mental wellness topics as well as engaging activities such as yoga/mindfulness class, and a scavenger hunt to promote connection between mothers and daughters.

Cost: $70 (plus fees) for both mom and one daughter, additional $15 for every additional daughter. Light breakfast snacks and lunch is provided!

Recommended Ages for Daughters: Minimum 5 years old

T-Shirts: Watering Wonder T-Shirts for sale until June 7th. If ordered, you will receive the t-shirt on the day of the event. Limited amount with limited sizes will be available for purchase at the event.

*The Ruach Lab utilizes a faith based (Christian) approach to its programs.
