Mother Daughter Circle

This circle is to foster a council of women, ranging in age, where we can move through whatever arises within a held and safe container. This is a place to honor the range a mother/daughter relationship holds and the many ways it expresses itself.

Whether your mother or daughter is far away, you have set boundaries, never knew your mother/daughter, or they have passed on, this space is for you. You don't need your mother or daughter to be physically present to join us—everyone is welcome, wherever you are in your relationship.

What to Expect:

* Opening Circle: Meditation & Intention

* Council of Connection: Guided prompts, living themes, journaling & discussion

* Ceremonial Experience: Ritual to deepen the relationship

* Creative Time: Crafts, activities, art-making

* Closing Circle

What to Bring:

* Comfortable clothing

* Items for sitting (yoga mats, pillows, blankets)

* Journal

* Water bottle

Additional Information:

* All ages welcome!

* Light snacks provided

* You are welcome to join alone. We will have a healing altar for absent mothers/daughters.

Suggested Donation: $20-$35 per person
