I’m really excited to announce that from January the 13th I will be starting a Mother and baby class.
Every Tuesday at 10am. This class is also suitable for prenatal too.
The class is suitable for beginners and mums who have exercised regularly.
It’s £8 per class or £32.50 for Block of 5 to be used in a 6week period.
