After a brief intro to moths, well use a white sheet and light to attract and then try to identify the moths at Griffy Lake. Learn how to join nearly 1,500 citizen scientists tracking butterflies, moths, and skippers in Indiana. Participants will hike about .25 miles to the location and then will sit or stand for the remainder of the program. No prior experience needed. Participants should plan to bring portable seating and a flashlight and be able to hike on a moderate trail.
