Moth Madness with Mark Nenadov
What will be soaring your way is a lovely evening exploring the fluttering Lepidoptera that (typically) owns the night! (Fun fact: butterflies and moths both belong to the biological order called Lepidoptera which currently has a grand total of 180,000 species)
Mark Nenadov is an enthusiastic amateur naturalist who has been exploring Essex County's natural areas for most of his life and will be leading our journey into the world of the moth, Wednesday, July 8th. He lives in LaSalle, Ontario with his wife and three kids aged 10-14. He's a software engineer by day, and spends a lot of morning and evening time going on hikes. He's the most active iNaturalist user in Essex County with nearly 30,000 observations!
