Moth Discovery 2026

Celebrate National Moth Week with Kentucky State University’s Environmental Education and Research Center as we survey Kentucky’s native moths. Learn about other nighttime bugs and how humans impact their populations. Water and head lamps will be available on site. Bug spray is strongly recommended. Registration for this event is limited to 25. There is no registration fee.

Kentucky State University's Historic Spring House is located at the intersection of Alumni Trail and Cold Harbor Drive. Please park at Alumni Stadium.
