The Motafrenz Monthly Committee Meeting is an enjoyable, relaxing and easy way to connect with your Club.
We meet from 6:30pm to start the meeting at 7:00pm.
This is a nice relaxed place for new members to come and meet for the first time, and an enjoyable opportunity for existing members to reconnect with old friends. We encourage input from all members, and every contribution is respected.
Our meetings are held at a Committee Member's home - making them ideal for those who might be a little nervous meeting large groups.
Both before and after the Committee Meeting - which usually lasts about 30 minutes - we enjoy each other's company with BYO drinks followed by dinner.
COST: Free to attend. Food and BYO drinks at your own expense.
ACCESS: Venue is accessed via steps.
BRING: Your own drinks and helpful thoughts and ideas! (Take away dinner will be ordered or we can head to a local eatery).
PARKING: Residential street parking.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT: Tram 96, 1, 6, or 19. Train to Brunswick Station (Upfield line) then short trip on bus 508 or 503.
PETS: We are unable to accommodate pets for this event. The venue is home to two dogs.
