Let yourself be enchanted by the atmospheric and mystical semi-darkness of the so-called "Vinotropolis"—a network of historic wine cellars in the Traben-Trarbach underworld.
Craftsmen and exhibitors from the Moselle, Eifel, Hunsrück and Rhine regions will present high-quality decorative items, gift ideas, culinary specialties, wine and wellness products, antiques, and creative fashion and jewelry designs from the region in a festive Christmas atmosphere from November 21, 2025 to January 3, 2026, on weekends only.
This unique underground Christmas market, centered around wine, culinary delights and culture, not only invites visitors to linger and enjoy Christmas treats underground, but also offers a diverse program of cultural, traditional and musical highlights that puts guests in a Christmas mood even outside the Traben-Trarbach underworld.
