Mosaic Workshop for Families
Bring your creativity—and your little one—and enjoy a joyful, hands-on mosaic experience together at At Origin Coffee!
Designed for children ages 7–12 and their parents or adult family members, this two-session workshop is a wonderful opportunity to slow down, share ideas, play with colour and texture, and create something beautiful side by side.
You’ll create your own ceramic mosaic bird, a piece you can proudly take home and treasure. Birds have long symbolized freedom, hope, connection, and new beginnings—making this a meaningful project to create together.
During the workshop, you’ll:
● Choose from colourful ceramic pieces and create your own unique design.
● Learn how to safely cut and shape tiles using mosaic tools.
● Discover the direct-method mosaic technique.
● See how small, individual fragments can come together to create something truly extraordinary.
Artist Elena Martoglio will guide you step by step through the process. No artistic experience is needed—just bring your imagination, curiosity, and willingness to have fun!
A perfect way for parents and children to create, connect, and enjoy the simple pleasure of making something with their hands.
