Mosaic Mic: A multicultural poetry open mic

Presented as part of Oakville Culture Days, Mosaic Mic is an open mic event designed to celebrate this richness through the power of words.

You are invited to read your own original poetry in English. Or bring a treasured piece of poetry or prose from your heritage—whether it’s the wisdom of Rumi, the storytelling of Tagore, or the lyrical beauty of Neruda. If you are reading a work from another language, we request that you also bring a translation in English, offering the audience a chance to uncover voices beyond the familiar, that have shaped literature across the world.

Each performer will get up to 5 minutes. Registration is required for all performers.
