Barry Walsh and Phil Wimsey live in Barnes and are registered London guides who will share their enthusiasm for their local area. Learn about the hidden treasures and heritage of this fascinating corner of London. We will take you from the tomb of Richard Burton the famous explorer, the site of the world famous Mortlake Tapestry works, tell you all about the annual Boat Race. We have some stories to tell about the beautiful Georgian Barnes Terrace before stolling up to Barnes pond. Theatrical historic and literary figures abound. We end up at the historic Red Lion Pub.
