Bring your willingness, your fears and your sense of humor and join us for a death positive experience of being fully aware of our own impermanence.

Just as we can face our grief more completely in the company of other grievers, so too can we dive deeper into our exploration of mortality when accompanied by fellow mortals.

This journey is designed to be both honest and gentle, and infused with laughter!

Over half of this practice will be in a restful reclined position, in keeping with the season and to encourage a state of surrender. (See our bios below)

About us:

Angelle: I have a mild obsession with the topic of death. As a caretaker of the dying, I have come to feel fairly comfortable with the the dying process and the topic of death. I am a former yoga teacher of 10 years, and your yoga nidra Soundbath host.

I believe death is a beautiful moment…and I look forward to sharing my fascination with its unique magic in this community setting.

Eric: I am a board certified chaplain and spiritual director who has spent significant time in the hospital setting conversing with families and their loved ones who are dying or wrestling with their own mortality. I believe that since we are all born dying, we are healthier talking more about this reality and embodying our hopes and fears together in loving community.
