Let's Talk About Death, Baby! Stonewall Chico partners with local Death Doula, Thistle (they/them) to bring a Queer- and Trans- friendly lens to an open conversation about something we just don't talk about enough in Western / American culture: Death. We'll present two events:
1. October 5th, 1:30-3:00pm in person at Stonewall Chico: MortaliTea.
This is simply an open, guided discussion on death, dying, aging, and mortality with tea and snacks.
2. October 12th, 1:30-3:00pm in person and hybrid online:
Advance Directive Workshop. This workshop is designed to help attendees plan for their future, make their wishes known to loved ones and help alleviate the unknowns and confusion about what happens when you pass.
