MORTAL COMBAT FIGHT NIGHT 2023: First fight at 5.30pm sharp. Doors open 4.30pm.TICKETS:
* All general admission tickets are door sales only (cash only, no eftpos sorry):
* Adults and Secondary school aged: $40
* Intermediate and Primary school aged: $10. Under 5s free.
* Nobody under the age of 18yrs will be permitted on premises unaccompanied as the liquor licence requires all under 18s to be supervised by their parent or guardian at all times – no exceptions.
RINGSIDE TABLES:
* Bookings are essential as they always sell out - first in, first served: To secure your booking, text your first & last name to 021 177 5011.
* There are no door sales for Ringside tables.
* $400 per table, each table seats 10 people - this works out to $40 each regardless of age.
* You buy your own food and drinks.
* Book now, pay later: Payment isn’t needed until the tickets get printed on Fri 27 Oct.
* Everyone on your table will need their tickets to get in: No ticket, no entry, no exceptions.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY & BEHAVIOUR:
* Anyone deemed by us to be intoxicated or not following the below expectations will be denied entry or asked to leave/escorted off premises.
* If you’ve been asked to leave from any of our previous tournaments, you will not be let-in to this or future tournaments.
* This is a family event, so please no abusive, offensive, gang or un-sportsman-like behaviour.
* Bag checks and vetting will be conducted at entrance.
* Please bring your approved ID and don’t be offended if you are asked for ID.
* We will not serve those who we deem intoxicated or those who cannot prove they are of legal age.
* No drinking/pre-loading in car parks or surrounding areas - security and Māori Wardens will be monitoring this.
* No alcohol, food or drinks to be brought into premises.
* All alcohol purchased must be consumed inside, and no alcohol to be taken off premises.
* Tidy dress is essential. Strictly no gang regalia or colours.
* If you bring minors (under 18s) they must be with you at all times.
DRINKS & FOOD:
* Cash bar (sorry no eftpos) and plenty of value-for-money hot food available.
* Non-alcoholic drinks, beer and pre-mix's available (no wine sorry).
* You cannot bring your own food or drink.
COMPETITORS:
* The weigh-in is a 'same-day weigh-in' at 12noon, so trainers do not give me ‘night before’ weights. We will be requesting weight checks in the two weeks before the event.
* All fighters need to be entered by their trainer with their full name, age, fight weight, fight record and experience including all padded/novice, boxing, MMA and martial arts fights and experience.
* All fighters 16yrs and over need to bring current blood test results (within 6 months) for HIV, Hep B and Hep C to medical check.
* All fighters from Tauranga, Rotorua or closer are expected to attend the weigh-in and medical check at 12noon (same day) at the venue.
* All others can do a video weigh-in at 12noon (same day) and complete their medical check at venue at 4pm.
* The final fight card will be posted the week of the event.
* Fight briefing at 5pm, 1st fight at 5.30pm sharp.

* We are on the hunt again for two slim/sporty Ring-girls. Must be 18yrs or older. The tournament is a family-event so a sporty look is preferred. Hit us up if you're keen.
