Start your day with intention, movement, and music in one of the city’s most beautiful green spaces. Mornings in Motion is an all-levels 60-minute outdoor yoga flow series that invites you to breathe in the beauty of the season on the Frick’s historic garden campus.Led by skilled instructors from The Yoga Hive and accompanied by live solo musicians generously sponsored by Make Music Pittsburgh, each class weaves together flowing movement, soothing melody, and the natural rhythms of the landscape, encouraging a deep connection to place, body, and breath.
A sensory-rich experience that invites you to move, listen, and feel at home in the rhythm of the Frick. Participants leave centered, inspired, and invited to linger — with 10% off at The Café at the Frick (discount valid through the week).
