Morning Yoga ~ Leeds Customer Events

To celebrate Astrid & Miyu’s Leeds store opening, we’d love for you to join us in Setember for a range of exciting and exclusive events at our gorgeous new shiny store! Check out our other events including: Dried Floral Arranging and get involved!

Join Astrid & Miyu and Elle, a professional fitness trainer, for a 50 minute vineyssa morning rise yoga class in our Leeds space.

A mid-week open-level flow for all bodies. We will move fluidly through a 50 minute flow guided by the breath to reconnect with ourselves. This live class is the perfect opportunity to glide into the weekend feeling well rested and stretched, guiding our energy inwards towards ourselves first to prioritise self-care.

Tickets are free and everyone is welcome, from beginners to more experienced individuals, so find yourself a quiet corner and wind down for the evening.

You will need…

Please bring yourselves and water, fitness mats will be provided. Start your day right where we'll start the class at 8am-9am for the soothing yoga session you didn’t know you needed.

Added bonus ~ at the end of the practice you'll have 30 mins of private shopping time from 9am-9:30am with an excluisve 15% off all product to shop at Astrid & Miyu✨

Meet Elle
