Come join for an uplifting morning yoga flow. All levels are welcome. Bring your yoga mat and wonderful self.Class will start with some grounding breath work, move into dynamic standing postures, and end with deep relaxing stretches; all while listening and being surrounded by nature. All participants will receive a small token of appreciation and light snacks are provided.
An optional ~5 mile nature walk after class is available.
Class will be held by the mini golf field.
