In this free class that is accessible to beginners, experienced Practitioners and even first timers, we will use therapeutic movement, dynamic breathing, and end with a crystal bowl sound bath meditation to raise your frequency, unravel stress, nurture your nervous system and shift your state of Being. Must bring your own mats and props.
