Morning Waves ~ 5Rhythms @ Saint Mark's Church, NYC

The 5Rhythms is a practice of being in your body that ignites creativity, connection & community. No prior dance or 5Rhythms experience necessary. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to get yourself settled so that we can all begin together and on time.

St. Mark's Church is the second-oldest church building in Manhattan and has supported an active artistic community since the 19th century.

We hold a limited amount of first come first serve tickets at the door. If a class is sold out, please come as early as 8:45am to claim a door ticket. When we have reached capacity, we will close admission.

Please note, if you're arriving late, your ticket will be vail until 9:45AM.

By registering for this class, I agree to and acknowledge the following.I acknowledge that I intend to participate in physical activity and agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known and unknown, which might incur as a result of participating in the program.I acknowledge that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 and its variants exists in any public place where people are present. By attending this event, I voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
