Join us for morning tea, a chat and a book signing with Alice Zaslavsky as she comes to Ballarat to celebrate the launch of her latest book 'Salad for Days'.

Alice has written four award-winning cookbooks: Alice’s Food A-Z to help kids get curious about food, In Praise of Veg to help households fall in love with vegetables and Better Cooking to help build cooking confidence. Cookbook number 4 – Salad for Days helps give every cook the tools to make friends with salad.

From October 2024, Alice will be hosting a new nightly cooking show on ABC called A Bite To Eat with Alice. Each episode will feature Alice and a special guest who will inspire viewers of all abilities to get into the kitchen and use what they’ve got, no matter their skill level.
