IF YOU WANT TO WORK OUT AND UNCOIL --this is for you

Moms, Dads, Sisters, Brothers, Grandmas, Grandads. Babies, Kids,

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- My name is tish, and I have a few children, so I was a stay at home mom during the pandemic. Now I have some one to help watch them, but I am bored now. So I am deciding to host a couple of gatherings and events as well as attend them. I AM NOT A PROFESSIONAL TRAINER, think of it as 'simon says'. Let's all have fun and you will see results.

At the end of each session you will be feeling more livelier and stronger.

I Will be bringing at least a blanket and or a yoga mat. YOU WILL NEED
  • Blanket or Mat. Lawn chair (optional)
  • Workout Attire,
