Morning Mini Retreat at Alwington Village Hall (Fairy Cross) near Bideford this Sunday.We will do 1 hour of gentle yoga to stretch and ease tension, followed by meditation and guided relaxation.
There will be a short and practical wellbeing talk over herbal tea (or normal tea).
This Sunday I will talk about Happy Habits, to restore the balance and lift our moods.
