Morning Meditation at Valley Garden Center

Valley Garden Center is a non-profit so we are offering this special community series on a voluntary donation basis. Feel free to donate a little or nothing at all. We are excited to provide a space for the community to come together for a morning of mediation.

Classes are every Wednesday at 8:00am.

Space is limited and will fill up fast so advance registration is encouraged but not required.

Make sure to bring water. We will have some complimentary seats available for you to borrow and of course feel free to bring your own. The complimentary seats are first come first serve and are limited.
