Shake it out and get ready for the day: This guided improvisation is suited for all those who want to gift themselves a morning energizer and let go a bit of daily stress. Every level is very welcome. We move together and with the body we have on a given morning. The focus of the class is to build a playground to move from and with breath, explore different states of movement and tap into our imagination.
