Morning Hues: Watercolor, Community & Creative Connections

In a world saturated with screens and notifications, it's time to take a break and reconnect with the simple joys of life. This event will encourage your creative spirit a bit. Immerse yourself in the realm watercolour painting, with fun pigments, and tranquil conversations.

This is an informal gathering to connect with others, unplug from our devices, and nurture our creative souls.

The inspiration for these sessions for Kate is the opportunity to hang out with those who are ready for a break from the hustle and bustle, to slow down, create together, have conversations, and hopefully make some new acquaintances in this big city of ours!

Supplies to bring:

• Watercolour paints
• W atercolour pencils/pens
• Watercolour brushes
• Water cup / paper towels
• Watercolour paper as thick as you can afford, Cold Press 300g or 140lbs is the best.

If you don't yet have any supplies, Kate will bring a few things to share.

Experience Level: This event is open to all experience levels.

Event Fee: There is a small event fee to cover materials.

For more than 20 years Top Pot has created some of the best doughnuts in Seattle. They roast their own coffee too!

We will meet upstairs.

Kate Hailey is a photographer and Artist based in Seattle, WA. She has a long love of travel, capturing moments in time with a camera, and creating portraits of people.

As an artist, she explores multiple disciplines from photography to painting, and has even been dabbling in AI Art.
