Join us on the farm for a one hour light yoga class....with goats! Class is led by the wonderful, Amber Conners, MBA, RYT-500. All skill levels are welcome!
Please bring a yoga mat (or beach towel) and be ready to relax, love on some goats, and laugh. This class is always a memorable experience filled with good vibes and photo opportunity, and is a great way to unwind after a long week.
Rehydrate post class with a refreshing glass of lemon & mint water. We also welcome you to hang out and relax or chat afterwards and explore our on site farm market to find some farm fresh goodies - there's something for everyone!
