We know the postpartum journey is full of changes, and you don’t have to navigate it alone. That’s why we’re inviting you to Mornings for Mamas, a warm and supportive space where we explore:? Changing relationships & communication
? Mental health & emotional well-being
? Shifts in identity
? Building your village of support
Who: Moms with babies 1 year old or younger
When: Saturdays | 10:00 – 11:30 AM | 4-week series (Come to any or all sessions!)
Cost: $25 per session (self-pay) or covered by Aetna/Cigna/Optum
