The plan (8:30 AM – 10:00 AM):

• 8:30 - 8:45: Arrival, grab your coffee/pastry (included in ticket), and settle in
• 8:45 - 9:15: Guided Introductions (who you are + what you are working on)
• 9:15 - 9:45: Structured group discussion
• 9:45 - 10:00: Open mingling and wrap-up
