With the leaves dropping, this is a great time to hike the preserve in search of birds. Join us on this guided bird hike to find the birds that will call Messenger Woods home for the winter.
Bring your binoculars and a favorite bird guide. New birders are welcome, as this is an excellent way to increase your bird knowledge.
Fee: Free!
Age: Ages 16 or older.

Participants will enjoy a hike of 1.5 to 2 miles on paved and natural surfaces across uneven terrain. Be sure to dress for the weather. Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service to participate in this program should submit a request online (https://www.reconnectwithnature.org/americans-with-disabilities-act-information) no later than 48 hours before the program.
