Vi åbner Danmarks smukkeste dansegulv igen og gør det muligt for dig at gøre din fredag morgen til noget HELT SÆRLIGT.
ÉN FREDAG i måneden inviterer vi til morgendans fra 9.00 - 10.30. (90 min).
I OPERA HUSETS FOYER er der rig mulighed for at lade både indre og ydre sansninger og stemninger guide vores bevægelser.
En æstetisk og storslåede ramme, til inspiration for både krop og sjæl og hele 90 minutter til at gå på opdagelse i dansens univers.
Igennem opmærksomhed, frie bevægelser, dans og stilhed forbinder vi os til vores kroppe, til hinanden og til vores omgivelser. Vi giver rum og mulighed for at lytte til de kropslige sansninger og stemninger og lader os bevæge med og af, det der er.
Vil du med?
Eventet er for + 18 år.
Der kræves ingen erfaring, blot lysten til at danse og få sved på panden.
Har du har tid og mulighed for at tage en kop kaffe og en croissant i caféen efter dansen, så bliv endelig og hyg med os.
Eventet kræver billet, som købes via Billetto.
Early bird kan købes indtil midnat søndagen før.
Early Bird: 150 kr.
Herefter er prisen:
190 kr.
Hvis der er overskydende billetter, sælges de som drop-in på Mobileay til 230 kr.

I tilfælde af for få solgte billetter aflyses eventet mandagen før – så sørg for at købe din billet som Early Bird.
Hvis vi aflyser, vil du få din billet +gebyr refunderet via Billetto.
I tilfælde af sygdom vil Linda og Rikke vikariere for hinanden.
Medbring:
En vandflaske, samt tøj og sko til at bevæge sig i.
Foto:
Vi frabeder, at der tages billeder eller film under dansen. Nogle gange tager vi billeder eller små videoer, som vi altid spørger om lov til at bruge.
OBS:
Vi danser på det smukke marmorgulv, så dine dansesko skal have hvide såler for ikke at lave mærker i gulvet.
Cykler: Husk at parkere din cykel ved en cykelparkering, da den ikke må parkeres foran Operaen.
Dansen i Operaen foregår på eget ansvar.

Rikke Libak:
Til dagligt faciliterer Rikke Conscious Dance, både som workshops og som drop-in klasser forskellige steder i København samt på festivaller, retreats, til virksomheder og private events. Rikke har mere end 20 års erfaring med Conscious Dance. Udover dans faciliterer hun Ritual Play og andre workshops som udforsker Conscious Relating.

Linda Langkilde:
Linda Langkilde underviser også til dagligt i fri dans og bevægelse. Hun har danset det meste af sit liv på københavnske danseskoler og diverse kurser i kontaktimprovisation, kreativ dans og selvudvikling. I dag afholder hun danseevents og workshops med bl.a. Fri glædesdans for virksomheder og organisationer.

MORNING DANCE IN THE OPERA.
ONE FRIDAY A MONTH 9.00-10.30 (OCT-JUNE)
We are opening the most beautiful dance floor in Denmark again and we are making it possible for you to make your Friday morning something VERY SPECIAL.
ONE FRIDAY a month we invite you to a morning dance from 9.00 - 10.30.
IN THE FOYER OF THE OPERA HOUSE, there is ample opportunity to let both inner and outer sensations and moods guide our movements. An aesthetic and magnificent setting, for inspiration for both body and soul and a full 90 minutes to explore the wonder of dancing.
Through awareness, free movements, dance and silence, we connect to our bodies, to each other and to our surroundings.With guidance we provide you the opportunity to sense into and listen to your bodily sensations and mood and we invite you to be moved with and by what is.
Do you want to join?
No experience is required, just the desire to dance and get sweaty.
Age for this event is +18.
If you have time and opportunity join us for a cup of coffee and a croissant in the café after the dance.
The event requires a ticket, which can be purchased via Billetto.
Early bird can be purchased until midnight the Sunday before.
Early Bird: DKK 150.
The price after Early Bird: DKK 190.
If there are excess tickets, they are sold as drop-ins for DKK 230 (Mobilepay).

The ticket is non-refundable, but you are welcome to sell or pass your ticket on.
Possibly cancellation:
If too few tickets are sold, the event will be canceled the Monday before - make sure to buy your ticket as an Early Bird.
In case of illness, Linda and Rikke will substitute for each other.
In case of cancellation, you will get your ticket refunded via Billetto.
Bring:
A water bottle, as well as clothes and shoes good for dancing.
Photo:
We ask not to take photos or videos during the dance. Sometimes we take pictures or small videos, which we always ask for permission to use.
ATTENTION:
We dance on a beautiful marble floor, so your dancing shoes must have white soles - not to make marks on the floor.
Bicycles:
Park your bicycle at a bicycle parking lot, as it may not be parked in front of the Opera.
Dancing in the Opera is at your own risk.

Rikke Libak:
On a daily basis, Rikke facilitates Conscious Dance, both as workshops and as drop-in classes in various locations in Copenhagen as well as at festivals, retreats, for companies and private events. Rikke has more than 20 years of experience with Conscious Dance. Linda Langkilde:
Linda Langkilde also teaches free dance and movement on a daily basis. She has danced most of her life at Copenhagen dance schools and various courses in contact improvisation, creative dance and self-development.
