To ensure the broader subcontractor community is made aware of the project, provided with the opportunity to bid and create partnerships with other subcontractors, POAH / Far South CDC / DL3 Realty as developer, with Leopardo + Ujamaa Joint Venture (vertical general contractor) Environmental Protection Industries (sitework general contractor), 21st Ward Alderman Ronnie Mosley, and Tandem Ventures, invite you to attend a Subcontractor Outreach + Pre-Bid for the Morgan Park Commons project.
Attendees will receive a comprehensive overview of the project which will be presented by the project team, be able to participate in the Q&A session, and have the opportunity to network with the developer and general contractor.
Bid documents will be distributed following the Pre-Bid, which makes the Subcontractor Outreach + Pre-Bid the perfect setting to learn more about the project ahead of bidding, network with the general contractor and development teams, and create meaningful connections with other subcontractors that will be in attendance.

Project Overview:
A multi-phase transit-oriented affordable housing and retail project adding new infrastructure, including a stormwater detention basin, two new streets (South Peoria and West 114th Place) and improvements to 114th St., to support the initial phase of development consisting of two four-story mixed-use buildings at South Halsted St., with 70 apartments, ground-floor retail, 81 parking spaces and 36 bike racks.
The 13-acres site sits at the northwest corner of South Halsted Street and West 115th Street and covers 11400-11458 S. Halsted St. and 800-912 W. 115th St.
