MORE’s Run for Refugees 5K is a family-friendly event that takes place at Phalen Lake Park in St. Paul, MN. Whether you want to seriously compete (prizes are awarded to the first three finishers - male and female!), just walk and enjoy the beautiful weather, or somewhere in-between - this is the event for you!The 12th annual event is Saturday, June 24th, 2023. Race starts at 9:30 a.m.
This family-friendly event costs $40 plus processing fees (kids under 18 are free!). Price increases to $45 for same day registration on race day.
Registration includes our always loved Run for Refugees T-shirt. Please Note: we will only be able to guarantee a t-shirt for registrations prior to June 1st, 2023.
Go the Extra Mile for Refugees: Create an individual fundraiser to support MORE's services to help refugees and immigrants with learning English, workforce readiness, digital literacy, case management services, and weekly free food and clothing distributions. We supported almost 500 refugees, asylum seekers, and undocumented immigrants in 2022. Sign up to help us welcome even more new Americans in 2023.
