More Love Tantra Puja

More Love Tantra Puja is an evening held in intentional, sacred space to explore and heal around relationships, facilitated by Lauren Sovereign with assistance from Casey Shaw.
Through a tantra puja ceremony the evening opens layered space inviting participants to explore, release, and embrace new forms of mirroring and repatterning. These experiences are subtle yet powerful, designed to be integrated into our bodies, hearts, lives, relationships, and communities.
Tantra puja is a long-standing tradition that offers safe, respectful, heart-centered ways of relating. Despite the buzzword, there is nothing explicit about a tantra puja. This practice is considered white tantra—the “soft skills” of tantra if you will—focused on presence, communication, awareness, personal truth and conscious connection.
Puja is an ancient Sanskrit word meaning ceremonial worship. A tantra puja invites us to entrain our energies through a series of short, guided partner exercises (approximately four minutes each). These exercises may include affirmations, mirroring, communication, movement, and other relational practices that naturally boost oxytocin and create foundational experiences of being seen, heard, understood, expressed, met, valued, and cherished.
These moments of connection can be deeply healing for the heart. Tender and transformative, the tantra puja gently illuminates subconscious patterns we carry, offering a loving container in which pain can be dissolved and shadow aspects can be witnessed and integrated.
The practice offers an invitation to strengthen the masculine and feminine polarities balanced within ourselves and in relationship. These polarities may also be experienced as giving and receiving, and grounded and flowing. Each participant chooses which polarity they wish to strengthen in a way that feels personally authentic–when you purchase an advance ticket, chose which polarity you feel you would like to strengthen. There will be room the day of to change if you wish, but it helps us plan ahead better and make sure attendance is balanced. We are expanding our circle rotations to ensure everyone gets to work with each other.
This event is open to both single and partnered people. Partners may choose to work together or individually join the greater circle. The experience supports individuals in embodying their own wholeness, deepening an existing relationship, or aligning with the manifestation of future partnership.
These containers are facilitated with respect, clarity, and trauma-aware principles, prioritizing emotional safety, agency, and mutual respect. Boundaries and honoring consent are what make authentic connection possible.
Our third puja in May deepened into a coherent field of love and co-regulation. It makes our hearts explode to share this work and to feel it landing, truly answering a need. Healing hearts. Finding ways to fill our cup in safe and honoring ways. We are now answering the call to bring forth pujas consistently by offering them every second Thursday at Solar Culture! We'll convene June 11, July 9, August 13, Sept 10, and onwards.

About the Facilitator
Lauren Sovereign is a multi-hyphenate artist, musician, ceremonialist and healer. Her music, art, and everything she touches serve as signposts to our infinite nature, encouraging the release of maladaptive colonial conditioning in service of sovereignty, synergy, and sacred community.
Lauren is a Brennan Healing Science practitioner, a modality developed by NASA physicist Barbara Brennan and introduced in her seminal book Hands of Light. She is also a Reiki Master Teacher, Sound Healer certified by Tom Kenyon, Violet Alchemy practitioner, ceremonial facilitator, and a decorated DJ and singer-songwriter. Each of these expressions is offered in service of personal and collective transformation.
In a time when relationships are shifting toward deeper spiritual foundations and many are dedicating themselves to awakening and self-actualization, the reasons and agreements that shape primary relationships are evolving. Lauren is passionate about facilitating relationship healing during this transition—for personal and generational healing, and for expanding experiences of joy, safety, and fulfillment in our hearts.
