300 Letters X Sol Yoga Miami are hosting a connection experience for 10 Days of Connection by Radical Partners. This experience will allow you to reconnect, stretch and learn your body which allows us to learn ourselves more and in return make better decisions in our lives. Most people that have experienced Incarceration have experienced trauma, substance use and never had the opportunity or access to mental health or rehabilitation services. We are focused on MORE HEALING & LESS Pr*son. The U.S continues to punish instead of heal and 300 Letters is here to change that.

Come and experience an amazing session with like-minded individuals who want to heal from the inside out. Julianne Byun is an amazing Yoga Instructor and Insight Facilitator who will lead the yoga alongside Amanda & Legend Tarver co-founders of 300 Letters.

300 Letters will be accepting donations to continue the critical mission of treating incarceration as a family affair.
