Join Megy Karydes, author of , for an intimate evening exploring practical techniques to reduce anxiety and support your mental health.
Inspired by her time in nature, Megy realized there are far more ways to quiet a racing mind than yoga and meditation—and many can be easily woven into our daily routines.
