MORCA ReEntry Roundtables

Happy Second Chance Month! The Mayor's Office on Returning Citizens (MORCA) is proud to present a slate of events all April to celebrate.
MORCA, in partnership with the Commission on Reentry and Returning Citizens Affair, aims to host a series of roundtables that include all stakeholders (returning citizens, families, and partners). These discussions will focus heavily on understanding the needs and the current state of reentry, as shared by individuals with lived experience. The roundtables will gather insights over several sessions, and as a final deliverable, produce legislative recommendations to both the Mayor and the City Council.
