Morals + Murals Hood Tour (All Inclusive)

Through immersive storytelling and a focus on art, intersectionality, and culture, Morals + Murals Hood Tour amplifies the resilience and beauty of Black history, murals, and people in West Philly and "Norf" Philly communities. This three-hour tour covers a range of topics, including growing up Black, consequences of displacement, and challenging the narrative of what/where is considered the “hood”. 

We began at LOVE Park with a brief intro before jumping on public transportation like a local on a journey through West and “Norf” Philly communities, showcasing the incredible murals of Black figures such as Kenny Gamble, Patty LaBelle, Malcolm X, Will Smith, and everyday locals like us. This experience ends at City Hall (across the street from where we meet).
